I am interested in one of your rentals.  Do I need to schedule an appointment?

            You can schedule an appointment to see the property; however, walk-ins are also welcome.

I am interested in one of your rentals, but I am not moving for a while.  Is it possible to hold a property?

            Unfortunately, we are unable to hold a property.  You will need to take immediate occupation.

I am interested in one of your rentals.  Can I submit an application?

We do not accept applications until you have seen the property with a property manager.  Keep in mind that every person 18 years or older who will be living in the property will need to fill out an application.  A property manager will provide you an application after you have seen the property or you can get one online by clicking here.  You can bring your completed application/s to our office or mail them to 421 W. 11th St., Tracy, CA 95376.  When you submit your application, you must include a $42.00 fee per applicant in the form of a cashier’s check or money order.

I have filled out an application for your rental, but I am unable to come by your office.  Can I arrange a meeting with a property manager to pick up my application?

            Unfortunately, we are unable to do that.  Application/s must be delivered or mailed to our office.

I have already submitted an application for one of your rentals.  When will I hear back from you?

            Our office will contact you within 1 to 2 business days regarding your application.
