If you're looking to rent any property, i highly recommend eagle property management, they process the paper quickly to get you into a place. If they're any issues while living in the property they will give their atte immediately, they are friendly and professionail. So I highly recommend Eagle Property Management

I echo the past honest reviews regarding TANIS HERNANDEZ. She is unresponsive, pretentious, rude, unprofessional and ARROGANT. She keeps RENT and DEPOSIT from owners.

For some strange reason, she mistakenly and arrogantly assumes that consumers work for her and not the other way around.

NEWS FLASH TANIS: consumers pay for services and businesses to stay in business.

IF YOU'RE AN OWNER, AVOID THIS SCAMMING BUSINESS with a hidden agenda.

Happy I found a proper and professional property management business (not in Central Valley) after I severed ties with this ill gotten business.

I found a property online and called to inquire. I received a call back the next day and to my amazement Tanis had remembered me from previous business dealings. I told her of my interest and needing to move RIGHT AWAY. She had another renter lined up, but told me she'd call me immediately if anything changed. I got a call within a few short days, she took my application, and I was in the home within the next week. During a beyond stressful time, she made this so easy and I truly appreciate the care I was shown!

If you are an applicant good luck hearing back about your application . Perhaps they conduct great credit checks for the owners , but they don't care about you if you are an applicant. I submitted an application and requested Tanis contact me THREE times ; I guess she was too busy . Common courtesy to call or email someone back , especially in business. Not very professional or trust worthy . In the end, I called the office 5 days after turning in the application ..... REALLY does it take that long to run a credit check TANIS? Be honest and treat people better ! Disappointed!!!!!

I have been working with Eagle Property Management for about 5 years now , the tenant background checks are extremely thorough , and their lease Agreements are extremely comprehensive , and the result is very nice long-term tenants

Never picked up your phone or reply back. Delay to fix urgent things in the house for you. WORSE WORSE SERVICE. Stay away
