Before applying please see below our application guidelines to better help you and others understand what criteria we look for in prospective renters.
Eagle Property Management Rental Guidelines:
*Applicant(s) must make a monthly income of a minimum of 3x the rent amount.
*Applicant(s) must have good credit and credit history.
*Credit, criminal background & eviction history will be assessed.
*A $42 dollar non-refundable fee for EACH applicant is required for credit/background checks.
*Employment and income verification is needed for each applicant.
*Anyone over the age of 18 must apply.
*Occupancy limit is determined by the "2+1" rule; for example a 3 bedroom home would have a maximum occupancy of 7 people, 2 person per room plus one additional person.
